Normally I'd agree with you both, but several differences. Here, the parking is in the back (another source says on the roof) but either way, it's not in the front like a typical strip mall. Secondly, that bank has been empty for several years, and every other main bank (Chase, BoA, Citi) have branches right there already. Would you rather have it stay empty? Right now I want to know if/when that Target will ever get built, or is that corner cursed?
