“A new fitness center opened in Wrigleyville last week, offering yoga classes, a climbing wall and a large fitness center.
WGN’s Marcella Raymond gave climbing a shot at the new ‘Movement Wrigleyville’, located steps from Wrigley Field at 1115 W. Addison Street.
The staff at Movement aims to offer guidance in difficult full-body workouts such as rock-climbing and yoga, especially for those just looking to get started.
The location just opened on September 1, and hosts a three-floor facility with one floor dedicated to fitness and group classes.”
Steingold’s Expansion Plans for Southport Avenue

Steingold’s is officially expanding into an adjacent space next to Candyality. The expansion will include indoor dining, a deli counter, coffee, specialty food, spirit, wine and beer.
Steingold’s of Chicago relocated this year to 3737 N. Southport Avenue. The deli is doing 2.5 times more orders per month than it did in its previous location and is preparing to expand into an adjacent storefront.
“We just needed more people walking by,” Steingold says. “Southport offers that.”

Grand Opening of Movement Wrigleyville, Chicago’s Newest Climbing Gym is September 1, 2021
El Cap, the nation’s largest community of indoor climbing gyms announced they will open Movement Wrigleyville to the public on Wednesday, September 1 at 12 pm.
Movement Wrigleyville is located at 1115 W. Addison Street, just around the block from Chicago’s iconic Wrigley Field.

Southport’s Foxtrot Market expanding nationwide
The chain will open 50 new locations within the next two years.
Chicago’s Foxtrot is dancing across the nation. The trendy convenience store startup yesterday said it will add 50 new locations within the next two years in trendy areas of New York City, Austin, Boston, Miami, Los Angeles, Houston among others

- The Chicago-based chain, which currently has 13 stores, is coming to cities including Los Angeles, Miami, and New York City.
Welcome to the neighborhood: These new locations will be 2x the size of Foxtrot’s current models, making room for more trendy snacks—and larger cafes. (The chain hired former Momofuku Executive Chef Tae Strain in May to head its culinary renaissance.)
