With the news this past week that Candyality is moving down and splitting space with Tru Value, what do you think will happen with this space? Tear down? Gut? What would you like to see go in?

What Retail Will L3 Bring to Southport?

These are some of the properties L3 has purchased over the past year.

The Gap is on schedule to open this fall.
Once Southport’s Flagship Gap opens, the Lincoln and Belmont location will close.
