It’s that time of year to dust off the ladders – and hang the lights! A very Southport Corridor Christmas around the neighborhood this year. It’s great to see – especially after a long 20 months of the pandemic.

As we reported in December, Lush Cosmetics is coming to Chicago\’s Southport Corridor, and the confirmed location is 3430 N. Southport Avenue (the former Homemade Pizza Company building, owned by L3 Capital). The space has been marketed by Cushman & Wakefield since 2014, and lease negotiations finalized towards the end of 2015. The build-out and reconstruction should be starting shortly.

Lush Cosmetics will be opening a store on Southport as soon as January, location unknown at this point (but if we had to guess, it would be the former Homemade Pizza Company building). We will update you as we hear more from Lush.
