Einstein’s Bagel space is currently for lease
Cullen’s is closed and The Mercury Theater will be opening a new establishment in it’s place

Construction Progress: Ann Taylor’s Lou & Grey and Corridor Brewery

Construction is coming along at 3442 N. Southport (Lou & Grey) and 3446 N. Southport (Corridor Brewery. Looks like both businesses have about the same footprint with a distinct look and feel.

Fleet Feet Southport is getting ready to make it’s debut

Construction is coming along and we’re anticipating a fall/early winter opening for Fleet Feet Southport.

Navy Pier to get Boutique Hotel

Renovations are currently taking place at Chicago’s Navy Pier, and now a hotel will be added to the mix according to DNAInfo Chicago. Here are the newly release proposed renderings:

L3’s 3446 N. Southport Now Under Construction

No word yet on what retailer or possibly restaurant will join Southport, but construction is underway to turn this space into a single store-front.

Updated August 8, 2014: We now know that Lou & Grey will take over 3442 N. Southport. No word on the other tenant at this point.

L3’s mega project currently has its windows papered over and construction is underway for national retail. The building is currently off-market, with an un-announced tenant.
